HOW TO

Comments

My sister makes hot pads with two wash clothes and rice. She gives them for Christmas. . I really like them for my feet. I received a hot pack at a knitting campout that a lady had knitted. The yarn held the heat well. I like the commerciall made hot packs that are filled with flax and lavender etc. They are not as heavy. I think flax costs quite a bit more than rice though. I wonder what other things we could use I sure like how quickly you threw this together. If I go to someone's house and forget mine, now I know how to make one instantly. Thanks for the recipe!!

I have arthritis and this is the fastest and easiest way to get relief!

I can't stand the way Lavendar smells... I have used aromatherapy oils inside, they should be skin safe as well as micro tested lol wouldnt want my food to taste like an air freshner !

That makes sense. Also if you get the oils on the cloth, it can burn faster, personal experience on that one. My bed is filled with cracker crumbs or at least it feels like that but it is really flax seed.
